The source of inspiration for these pieces was Homemaker – a real nod to the 1950’s whilst embracing the technological world we live in today. Once sold in Woolworths(RIP)-it was utilitarian and affordable. Over 50 years later Homemaker is now collectable and iconic.
Yoyo has re-invented and refreshed Homemaker, including classic designs that reflect the last 30 years or so. It was great fun sourcing appropriate objects, each one carefully thought about so as to represent processes, materials technology and iconic status.
